Where we try to do the best we can to ensure quality is delivered, we are unable to offer a warranty on products sold. If you receive a damaged item or have an issue with an order, please notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and supply a picture of the product received. This will be reviewed and an outcome will be determined. Should you request a refund for an item and the reason is not deemed acceptable, at our discretion, you may be blocked from future purchases.
At Home Openings:
We do not guarantee the color, size, or shape with oysters opened at home. We are also not able to guarantee that a pearl is inside and we will be unable to replace an oyster.
**The option of opening at home is only available to US residents.**
We take orders as they are received and that is how the lineups for the live shows are compiled. We will not be able to change or move days.
Being a business in Georgia, there is an 8% sales tax charged on Georgia orders/residents.
We have a NO return policy. If there is an issue with your chains, you must contact us via email and submit a photo of the product.
